Every ASALT class includes our basic Instructor Support Guarantee: available training records and truthful, factual written instructor statements without an additional professional fee. Full ASALT Responder graduates receive that same commitment, plus up to 20 hours of available investigative support for their legal representation, when requested.

The ASALT Responder Instructor Commitment Guarantee includes the same basic guarantee that comes with every ASALT class, plus up to 20 hours of available investigative support for your legal representation, when requested.
Investigative support for your legal representation
InquiriPro LLC provides the included professional investigative time without an additional professional fee for those hours. The support is available upon request to assist the graduate’s legal representation. Scope, availability, authorization, and any conflicts are reviewed before work begins.
Agreed work may include records review, evidence organization, incident chronology, witness locating and interviews, and factual investigative reporting. The work follows a written investigative scope.
Full-program completion is required
This additional benefit applies after ASALT verifies completion of the full Responder program. Both complete-program routes can qualify: the $2,495 route with ASALT in-person training and the $1,995 distance-learning route with accepted proof of all required local in-person classes.
An individual class, a focused block, tuition payment, or online coursework alone does not qualify for the graduate investigative benefit. Routine training records and factual instructor statements remain separate from the investigative hours.
Included time and separate expenses: the benefit is professional investigative support. It does not provide an attorney or pay attorney fees, court costs, bail, fines, settlements, or judgments. Outside expenses, additional hours, court appearances, and expert work require separate arrangements and approval. No favorable finding or legal outcome is guaranteed.

This guarantee applies to ASALT’s own instruction for individual-class students and ASALT Responder students. We verify completion only when the available records support it. We describe what the records and our observations establish, including relevant limitations.
For distance-learning students who complete required in-person classes elsewhere, ASALT can identify the outside completion evidence it reviewed. We do not claim to have taught or personally observed another provider’s class.
A straightforward next step
How to request instructor support
- Start with a brief request. Use the ASALT contact form and ask for “Training documents,” an “Instructor statement,” or “Responder investigative support for legal representation.” Include your class or program and approximate training date.
- Identify any timing needs. Provide your state, a known deadline and attorney contact information if applicable. You do not need to hire an investigator to obtain routine training documentation.
- We verify the request and records. Identity and authorization are checked before records are released. Any outside charges or separately arranged work are discussed before authorization.
Keep the initial request brief. Do not submit detailed incident narratives, admissions, medical records, witness details or evidence through the ordinary contact form. Appropriate transfer arrangements will follow. This is not an emergency-response service; submitting a form does not create an investigative engagement or extend a legal deadline.

What support comes with an individual class?
The basic Instructor Support Guarantee: available documentation and factual written statements about your ASALT instruction without an additional professional fee. You do not have to enroll in the full Responder program or buy an investigation to receive this support. The additional investigative-hours benefit is for full ASALT Responder graduates.
Does this guarantee a certificate or a favorable statement?
No. Certificates and completion are verified only when the records support them. Instructor statements accurately describe the training provided and appropriate observations, including relevant limitations; they are not a promise to support a preferred defense or outcome.
What additional support comes with the ASALT Responder program?
Full-program graduates receive the basic commitment plus up to 20 hours of available investigative support through InquiriPro LLC for their legal representation, upon request. The included professional time is provided without an additional professional fee for those hours. Scope and availability are confirmed before work begins. The benefit does not provide a lawyer or pay legal bills or other losses; outside expenses, additional hours, expert work, and court appearances require separate arrangements.
Can my attorney request the records?
Yes, subject to verification of identity and authority to receive them. Confidential handling does not by itself guarantee legal privilege or work-product protection. Your attorney can guide the handling of sensitive case information.
What if I completed practical classes with another instructor?
Ask the provider who taught the class for its teaching records. ASALT can identify the outside completion evidence it received and reviewed for your Responder pathway, while distinguishing that evidence from ASALT’s own instruction and observations.
