Refund Policy

Active Save-A-Life Training strives to provide high-quality training and fair scheduling policies.
Class Registration
Registration is considered confirmed once payment is received and confirmation is issued.
Cancellation by Participant
• Cancellations made 7 or more days before class may receive:
– Full refund
OR
– Transfer to a future class
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before class may receive:
– Partial credit toward a future class
– No guaranteed refund
• No-shows may forfeit registration fees.
Cancellation by ASALT
If a class is canceled by Active Save-A-Life Training due to weather, instructor availability, facility issues, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, participants may choose:
• Full refund
OR
• Transfer to another class date
Late Arrivals
Participants arriving significantly late may be denied participation if required training objectives cannot reasonably be completed.
Course Materials and Certifications
Refunds may be reduced when:
• Course materials were already issued
• Certification processing has already occurred
• External certification fees have been paid
